WE'RE HIRING!
Northeast Landcare, LLC is hiring for a skilled CREW TEAM MEMBER on our Maintenance Team for the 2024 Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter season. Maintenance is responsible for routine mowing, mulching, Spring and Fall clean-ups, and snow removal of all residential and commercial accounts in the Tricity, Rollinsford, Rye, Exeter, and Seacoast area. This is a full time, part-time, temporary position.
Services we provide
We specialize in all phases of property maintenance, including spring/fall cleanup, mowing, trimming, blow down of property, maintaining pathways, walkways (clean borders), mulch bed maintenance, dethatching, edging gardens and pruning. We also offer storm cleanup and snow removal services.

Brian Bentley
Founder
Brian graduated from Maine Maritime Academy in 2016 with a degree in Marine Engineering Operations and a minor in business. Always had a passion for landscaping and desire to be a business owner. Brian worked his way through high school and college landscaping and decided to start his own business in 2018. He recently merged with Allen Pierson/Northeast Landcare, LLC in January of 2021.
Allen Pierson
Founder
Allen is from Kittery, ME but spent the last 18 years in Rochester, NH. He graduated in 2012 from UNH with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a minor in business. Allen developed a passion for landcare and landscaping early in life and never lost his drive. He worked for several landscaping companies and started his own company/Northeast Landcare, LLC in 2017. He enjoys co-owning NELC with his business partner Brian Bentley.
