Spring & Fall Cleanup
NELC team will pick up debris from property (sticks, rocks and leaves). Power blow and remove debris (sand and leaves) from all paved, turf, and mulched surfaces. Edge mulch beds, de-thatch all turf areas, and remove all thatch.
Mowing & Dethatching
Mowing, Trimming, and blow down of property. Every 7-10 days, weather dependent. Trimming around all obstacles, vertical trimming will be performed as required. Blow off clippings from walkways and driveways. Collect and remove clippings from lawn area, haul away.

Hardscape: Installation of high-quality pavers for patios, walkways, driveways, fire pits and retaining walls.

Installation of dyed black, dark brown or red mulch. Weeding of mulch beds, deadheading of shrubs and plants, and weeding of stone drip edges or any other areas.

Cutting back, shaping of all shrubs as needed. Limbing of small trees as needed. Clean up and removal of all debris.
Irrigation Maintenance
New installation. Fixing and repairing any damaged heads. Functioning of all zones and adjusting of all sprinklers heads as needed. Blowing down and winterizing of system. Any material and repairs required will be based on time and material.
Winterizing Plants
Wrapping of shrubs and bushes with burlap or plant protecting blankets to prevent winter damage or damage caused by rodents or other animals.
